Mostrim United FC have won the Combined Counties Football League Saturday Division 1 with three matches still to play. The senior team which was only formed last August have had a rollercaoaster season and have dominated the division from the start. The team will be presented with their trophy next Saturday 14th April at Streete Parish Park after the away match against Inny Wanderers. The match should be a cracker as Inny are still smarting after Mostrim came from 5-0 down at half time to win 7-5 at the home fixture in Edgeworthstown earlier this season. Please make the short journey to Streete this Saturday at 2.30 to support and congratulate the boys on their fantastic achievement. Well done to all!
